This project is being implemented in collaboration with the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), to explore how structured, transparent dialogue, ranging from policy contributions to unbureaucratic service access, can transform the traditionally opaque relationship between businesses and regulators into a mutually beneficial ecosystem of collective accountability
